August 6, 2012 9:00 amtoAugust 10, 2012 11:30 am

Camp runs Monday thru Friday, 9:00-11:30 A.M.

OKA’s karate camps are geared for fun, fitness, and education, as a supplement to our regular program.  Training begins each day with warmup and conditioning exercises targeted towards core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.  With multiple instructors, we customize the content of the classes as  much as possible to meet the needs of each student.  Students will work on the material they need in order to advance towards their next belt ranking, and also have the opportunity to learn advanced kata or weapons forms above their rank requirements.  Last year, many students, even beginners, were able to learn the complete requirements for their next belt during their one week camp!  As always, training time is balanced with plenty of fun & creative dojo games that the kids love.  Traditional principles of courtesy, humility, and respect are strongly emphasized at all times.

Karate camps are open to age 7 and up.  Younger children are accepted by special permission only.  All levels, including new beginners, are welcome for karate camps.

Pr-registered tuition is $150 per child, which includes a karate camp t-shirt.  Additional family members qualify for a 20% tuition discount.  If you can’t commit to a full week, please ask about prorated partial enrollment.

Please register early, as class sizes may be limited.  For more information, or to enroll, please call OKA at (603) 448-2662 or e-mail us, Sensei@OKAdojo.com.
